Thank you for your interest in submitting to Innovate Ocular Oncology 2026. The Program Committee encourages submissions featuring novel data and the latest advances in basic, translational and clinical research in ocular oncology. Interesting or challenging clinical cases are also welcome for expert discussion.
Key Dates
Deadline and notification
The Program Committee will select abstracts to present on Saturday, November 14, 2026. Selected abstracts will receive complimentary meeting registration.
Abstracts must be submitted through the online submission portal below. At the time of submission, abstracts must include original data that have not been previously published or presented at a national or international meeting.

Requirements
Formatting requirements
- Title must be concise (maximum 50 words) and should not include author names or affiliations
- Abstract body must not exceed 350 words
- Tables and figures are not permitted in the submission but are encouraged for poster presentations
- Please acknowledge all funding sources

Financial disclosures
All authors must disclose any financial relationships with companies, manufacturers, or proprietary entities within the past 24 months that could pose a conflict of interest. If none exist, please indicate accordingly.
